Max Roach approached by The Jazz Jousters is a small EP dedicated to the American percussionist, drummer and composer Max Roach.
The Jousters sampled ‘Deeds, Not Words’ which is taken from his album of the same name, performed by Roach and his band.

The EP features productions from Es-K, Gadget, Bones The Beat Head, Blue Buttonz and The Specialists. Art work also done by Bones.

Must say it sounds like the Creators name was Hugo Kant . Way too much tracks resemble Hugo’s “once sometime” . Lot less of the Jazz jeez , though I must say I prefer this one over latter since it hasn’t have “Spanish folk music instruments” which are repulsive to me . And wtf with one drum&base track and one who knows want track (baggy, bolted)? Immediately went to trash . If I want quality dru&base I’ll go to Dominick Martin’s ❤️page .
