Yes it's been a while, but it's about to get busy with a new season in 2024 with our Jazz Jousters sessions, so we're closing season five with this album that we've had ready to go for a while. So allow us to introduce 'Vibraphonics' ..shout out Es-K, as it was the name of one of his previous Jousters beats!!!
So for this session, The Jazz Jousters were simply challenged to flip or compose music using the Vibraphone. It's safe to say it was a good turn out with a 16 track deep track-list. Unfortunately no cassettes on this one, as we appreciate most people are struggling in these strange times. That said, if enough people want tapes we'll have to go a small batch recorded.
Either way, we hope you enjoy Vibraphonic sound. The previous three were based on string instruments, piano, and Jazz from 1969. See below...
